Border Crossing provides customs and crossing-readiness information and tools. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform.

Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Business accounts are responsible for managing their team's access.
Acceptable use
No scraping at scale, reverse engineering, or using the service to break customs or export laws. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel before a renewal to avoid the next charge. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service on an as-is basis without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the content.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
