Refund Policy
Cancellations and refunds for Border Crossing subscriptions.
Last updated June 17, 2026
Overview
Border Crossing is a subscription service. This policy explains when a payment can be refunded and how to request one. It applies to self-serve plans purchased directly through Border Crossing.
14-day money-back guarantee
New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge if you are not satisfied. Reach out before the 14 days elapse and we will reverse the charge.
Renewals
Renewal charges are billed at the start of each period. Cancel before a renewal date to avoid the next charge. Partial-period refunds for renewals are reviewed case by case.
How to request a refund
Open your dashboard and go to Billing → Purchase history, choose the invoice, and start a refund request — or contact support with your invoice number. You will receive a reference number to track the request.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-refundable items
One-time add-ons that have already been delivered, and usage-based charges that have already been consumed, are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Questions
If anything is unclear, contact support before purchasing or before a renewal so we can help you choose the right plan.
